Meal Flow is a mobile application built to simplify daily kitchen management. It allows users to track local pantry stock, organize recipes, plan daily and weekly meals, and auto-generate grocery shopping lists based on scheduled meal plans.
Meal Flow includes an optional Google Drive Cloud Sync feature.
When enabled, Meal Flow uses the restricted App Data Folder scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata) to securely upload and download encrypted backup snapshots of the user's local database (meal_flow_backup.json.enc).
Privacy Commitment: Meal Flow operates on a zero-trust, local-first privacy model. All backups are stored exclusively inside your hidden Google Drive App Data folder. The developers of Meal Flow do not collect, store, track, or sell any personal user data. Meal Flow cannot read or access any other files stored on your Google Drive.

1. Local Storage: Meal Flow stores all user inventory, recipes, and plans locally on your device inside an encrypted database (SQLCipher).
2. Cloud Backup: Google Drive backup files are encrypted with your Google Account ID and stored strictly inside your private Google Drive AppData directory.
3. Third-Party Sharing: We do not run third-party tracker SDKs or share user data with external brokers.

By installing and using Meal Flow, you agree to these Terms. Meal Flow provides kitchen organization and shopping tools. Users are responsible for verifying recipe ingredients and allergen warnings for their health needs. Premium features are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
